MSL's maintenance team is experienced in handling all types of work from small routine work to carrying out specialised projects. As such we have dealt with general repairs, painting & decorating, shop refurbishment, decking & fencing, concrete repairs etc. to building an outside temporary ice rink at a clients request.

Training

We employ electricians, plumbers, carpenters and general building maintenance staff. Training is constantly under review to ensure our team meets current legislation and our work conforms to British Standards.

Health & Safety

We carry out rigorous Health & Safety routines in that for every job we have a risk assessment, method statement with safe working practices produced by our NEBOSH qualified staff. MSL's own Health & Safety experts are City Safety. All our work is covered by combined Public, Products and Employers' Liability.
